“Where are you? Where are you?! Let’s be ‘avin you! Come on!!”

Has probably been your reaction since Turnstiles Issue 6…well here it is, Issue 7 of your favourite Football Magazine from the back streets of Lancashire.

So relax, sit back, turn off the repeat of Heartbeat, maybe stick a vinyl on and settle in with 72 pages of the finest Football stories we have to offer.

What’s in the mag I hear you ask, well kicking us off in Issue 7 we go back all the way to Issue 1 and catch up with what’s been happening in Bury and how the towns football club is looking forward positively.

How about our cover star, Sir Bobby Charlton? We couldn’t not honour the great man of Ashington. We take a walk through his careers highs and unfortunate lows at Manchester United and of course his World Cup triumph with England(sorry if that’s a spoiler for anyone).

Staying with England team, we take a look at their calamity of 1953 when the Hungarians came to Wembley and trounced the likes of Stanley Matthews 6-3.

We head over the pond to the USA for an interview with Dan McNally who is a Lancashire lad done well. From his potential career as a lower league footballer to becoming head honcho at MLS high flyers FC Cincinnati. Staying in the States we hear about what it’s like to follow your club away from home when the nearest away day is miles from home.

We take a deep dive into the career of 1970s centre half Dave Watson and ask does size really matter for towns when it comes to their clubs winning silverware.

We also travel around the grounds, taking in the likes of Northamptons old County Ground, The Old Lady of Turin, Kidderminster to Wembley and Great Yarmouth. Added to this is our usual look at Groundhopping and the Jam Town Revolution happening down at Barnton AFC.

And if that’s not enough, we’ve also got our regular features including Football Fabric, Focus On, Action Shot, Book Reviews + some new features that I know you’re going to love! Plus plenty more articles to keep you entertained.

Oh and you’ll also get 2 pull out posters for your bedroom wall and a load of stickers, football cards and a copy of Football League Review or a matchday programme from the old days!!

So come on, take a walk through the Turnstiles and get stuck into the action!
